We pair you with someone who disagrees with you on a topic you care about. (Stay with us…Research shows exposure to real disagreement is necessary to grow Intellectual Humility.)
You meet with them virtually, supported by trained moderation. Together, you practice our proven conversation technique and strive for productive disagreement.
Along with an improved Intellectual Humility score, you walk away with the daily habits you need for growth at work, at home, and everywhere disagreements happen.
